Who We Are
Theo is no rookie to the food business. In fact, you may recognize him from his other food truck, Pigs in Paradise. Born and raised in Greece, he's always had a passion for cooking Greek food. "Food brings people together - my family has always enjoyed cooking and entertaining others. We always cook for an army and now we want to share our food and traditions with you. We welcome everyone to be a part of our family and indulge in some of Greece's traditional recipes, with our own unique twist."

Thomas (the half of the Greek trio), is known for his creativity and flair in the kitchen. When Theo approached him about starting up the food truck, he knew he couldn't pass up the chance to turn one of his favorite hobbies into a career. "The three of us are a funny combo. They're both loud and opinionated, so they needed the help of a half Greek to tone them down in the kitchen. We're excited to share our recipes and let you all experience a taste of Greece, right here in Pittsburgh. We're giving you all the traditional flavors of Greek street food, but better than you've ever had it."

With a degree in Culinary Arts, and growing up in a Greek family that loves to eat, it has always been Alex's dream to open up a food truck. "Growing up in my family, cooking is just what we did. My dad, mom, sister, and I are always in the kitchen, whether it's at home or volunteering for our church. We grew up in an environment where cooking was fun and something we genuinely enjoyed doing together. We're looking forward to sharing this part of our lives with all of you and bringing everyone a bite (or two) of Greece."
